Current Opening: Licensing Specialist

As a Licensing Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining licensing on behalf of our clients nationwide. This includes obtaining new licensing, maintaining existing licensing, communicating with state regulators and clients (phone and in writing) in a professional manner, all while staying compliant with state licensing regulations. We are a small team and frequently work together to assist each other as needed, that includes doing research on new and current regulations.

Requirements: Extremely detail oriented, must be efficient with Microsoft Office products, be a great communicator (writing & verbally), two years minimum of clerical experience, and experience/knowledge of the collection industry (Accounts Receivable Management) a plus. Given the technical knowledge this position requires, there will be on the job training. The possibility of a hybrid work schedule is an option after proven knowledge and initial (6 month minimum) in office training. You must be able to work from our Iowa (Cedar Falls) office.
